Before you write

A couple of things that answer most messages faster than we can:

If extraction missed fields on a specific listing, tell us which listing site and which fields — a screenshot of the review panel helps a lot.
If a form template won't upload, let us know the form number and where you got the blank PDF from. Remember that you supply your own licensed forms — see our Terms of Service.
